Ready to Ship (RTS): 2-4 Business Days
Customs (CMTO): 4-6 Weeks

Please note that the turn around time is the time it takes us to create and ready your item for shipping. Turn around time does not include the shipping time.

You choose the Colors, theme ,personalized names, and or quote.

I can not use anything that is copyright or trademark.

Ready to Ship (RTS)

Ready to ship tumblers are just that. There will be no customization to the tumbler.

Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the hand created nature of the tumblers we do not accept returns nor offer exchanges , If you have an issue with your order, please do not hesitate contact me.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Hand wash ONLY.
DO NOT SOAK. Soaking the tumbler may lead to the Epoxy Seal breaking and damaging the design.
DO NOT use Dishwasher
DO NOT put in Microwave. These tumblers are stainless steel.
DO NOT leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time nor leave in a hot vehicle. The epoxy does have a heat resistance, as well as UV protection, However, extended exposure to UV rays may cause premature yellowing of the epoxy.
Avoid dropping. This could cause damage to the epoxy.
